Progress continues to be made on our Quayside View Studios development located on Skinnerburn Road in Newcastle.

The construction team have been on site since mid-May when the construction and property sectors reopened following the UK’s first lockdown.

Alongside this there has also been a demolition of of remaining first floor building to the east side of the site, demolition and removal of the blockwork wall to east of site adjacent to Forth Banks Tower and also the installation of weatherproof screen to east of site adjacent to Forth Banks Tower.

“Whilst there has been earlier disruption in the year due to covid-19 – the site is now fully operational and moving along nicely – with the development being a modular build it’ll speed up construction compare to more traditional building methods also.”
